El Paso, Texas, May 19, 2011 –Affordable homebuilder, Desert View Homes, announced its ranking in Builder Magazine’s 2010 Top 100 List as the 46th ranked builder in the Nation.
Desert View Homes’ 2010 ranking is a 5 spot gain from its 2009 ranking of #51. Despite local and national economic conditions, Desert View Homes ended year with closing an astonishing 503 homes, and improved its gross revenue by 6%, which totaled about $72 million dollars.
Just recently, Desert View Homes was also awarded the 2010 Avid Award for Best Customer Experience among builders with 300+ Closings in the United States.
