With the exception of specified emergencies, all requests for service must be in writing. Please use this form to notify our Warranty Department of warranty items that are needed at the specified 30 day, 6 month and 11 month checkpoints. You may mail, fax or email your form to the Desert View Homes or Aspen View Homes offices.
Once your warranty service request is received and processed, we will contact you to set up a service appointment for those items. Service appointments are available from 9:00a.m. to 4:00p.m., Monday through Friday. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
